Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to withdraw a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- of the Provident Fund accumulation of petitioner own PF contribution available to the credit of the 1st respondent for the new warming ceremony within the time stipulated.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction to be issued to the respondents to permit the petitioner to withdraw amounts from the Provident Fund accumulated to the petitioner in the provident fund contribution available in the credit of the first respondent.

2. This is an administrative decision to be taken by the respondents and a judicial order in this regard is not required. The respondents may take any decision they think as appropriate. 2/5
