ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The prayer in the petition has very limited scopes for this Court.

2. Respondent No.2, the Tahsildar, has filed a report dated 18.10.2024 alleging that there is encroachment by respondent No.3.

3. Counsel for respondent No.3 states, this report has been prepared without even giving respondent No.3 a chance to explain the situation. Counsel states he will take the report itself as a show cause notice and respond to respondent No.2.

4. Mr.Prabakar states that respondent No.1 to whom a representation dated 20.01.2021 has been filed by petitioners, shall dispose of the representation after considering the report of respondent

No.2, the response to be filed by respondent No.3 and after giving a hearing to petitioners as well as respondent No.3.

5. Notice of personal hearing shall be given at least five working days in advance to parties. All rights and contentions are kept open. The order to be passed shall be a reasoned order.
