This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the petitioner/proposed respondents 2 to 6 herein as legal representative of deceased sole respondent.

2. Mr.T.M.Hariharan, learned counsel for petitioners/appellants submitted that pending appeal, the sole respondent died on 22.11.2021. Hence, to implead her legal heirs, he has filed the above petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. The proposed legal representative of the sole respondent is impleaded as respondents 2 to 6 in the above Appeal.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 04.08.2023 for arguments along with connected A.S.No. 504 .
