This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., on every Wednesday and Saturday for the period of three months and thereafter, he shall appear on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for another period of three months in Crl.O.P.No.31320 of 2022 dated 20.12.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
