This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to register the petitioner's sale deed in TP/137127686/2022 dated 15.11.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that no document is pending with the Registration Department as on date. Whereas the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner presented the document/sale deed for registration through online and the second respondent refused to register the same and insisted the petitioner to produce the original parent document.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents to receive the petitioner's document and register the same if it is otherwise in order, otherwise follow the procedures in the manner known to law.

5. With the abovesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
