ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
2. The contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order and direction issued in W.P.No.28273 of 2014 dated 29.10.2014 by the Inspector of Police, Arcot Town Police, Vellore District.
3. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ submitted that there is an internal dispute between the
private parties and hence the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ranipet, has issued notice and enquiry is in progress. Therefore, the police is unable to take any action in the matter.

The reason assigned by the respondent is justifiable. Therefore, there will be a direction to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ranipet to conduct an enquiry, after issuing notice to the petitioner also.
5. With the above direction, the contempt petition is disposed of.
