Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS directing the 1 st to 3rd respondents herein to produce the body of the detenue T.Thirumalai, S/o.Thathan, aged 17 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The relief sought for in the present Habeas Corpus Petition is for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to produce the body of the detenue T.Thirumalai, S/o.Thathan, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

aged 17 years, before this Court and set him at liberty. 2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has fairly made a statement that the detenu had returned back to home and joined with the petitioner.

3. This being the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in this Habeas Corpus Petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
