This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking permission to reconstitute the entire records.

2. According to the petitioner, against the judgment and decree passed in A.S. No.109 of 2010, on the file of II Addl. Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, he has filed the present Second Appeal. Thereafter, the Registry has returned the papers for certain compliance on 18.10.2011 for payment of additional court fee, and it was taken by the counsel on 28.10.2011, but the returned papers have been misplaced in the office. In the above circumstances, he could not able to represent the same and hence, he seeks permission of this court to reconstitute the case papers.

3. Earlier, the report has been called for from the Registry. Today, the Registry has filed a report stating that since the second appeal has been filed with the deficit court fee, it was returned on 18.10.2011, but it was not represented. Considering http://www.judis.nic.in

the above circumstances, the entire records may be reconstituted, and the appellant is directed to reconstitute the records with the true copies of judgment and decree and other relevant papers.

4. Post the matter on 04.06.2019.
