This contempt petition is filed for the alleged noncompliance of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.27878 of 2011 dated 20.09.2012.

2. The learned Government Advocate has produced a copy of the settlement deed arrived at under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 between the petitioner and the third respondent in the writ petition and submitted that nothing survives in the contempt petition.
