This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 10.03.2025, has granted bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.4891 & 5282 of 2025. However in the order copy, the satisfaction Court has been wrongly mentioned as Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai instead of XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and the same requires to be rectified. The learned counsel would further submit that in another crime, the petitioner has to appear before the Triplicane police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., and in the instant case also the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police ie., Thousand Lights Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions. 3.Registry is directed to replace the following as paragraph Nos.7, (a) & (b) at page No.4 of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.4891 & 5282 of 2025 dated 10.03.2025 and issue order copy afresh: 1/3

Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and on further conditions that: [a] the sureties shall affix their photographs and Left Thumb Impression in the surety bond and the Magistrate may obtain a copy of their Aadhar card or Bank pass Book to ensure their identity;
