ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the FIR based on the complaint dated 08.06.2015 and direct them to investigate the case and file the final report.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 08.06.2015 by post. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint to the second Respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014)2SCC 1.
