No representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.This writ petition is taken up for hearing in the light of the factual possession has narrated in Paragraph 7 of the Counter which reads as under:

''It is submitted that subsequent to the filing of the above petition, the petitioner had vacated the Trade place and handed over possession to the property owner by executing a compromise memo on 26.12.2012. And now a child clinic is functioning in the place under dispute.

Hence, the writ petition becomes infructuous.''

3.The respondent has also filed a copy of the photographs taken as on 28.03.2021. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the shop premises has been handed over to the owner and the new premises being undertaken in the name of Benani Foods Private Limited.

4.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
