The first petitioner is the wife and the petitioners 2 and 3 are the children of the deceased K.R.Balasubramaniam.

2. The third petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. He has produced the death certificate of the deceased

K.R.Balasubramaniam, as Ex.P1. The legal heirship certificate has been produced as Ex.P2. A perusal of Ex.P2 shows that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased K.R.Balasubramaniam. The first petitioner had filed her consent affidavit expressing her no objection for grant of Succession Certificate in favour of the first and second petitioners. The said consent affidavit has been marked as Ex.P5. A paper publication has been made and no objections have been received.

3. In view of the above evidence, the Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in favour of the first and second petitioners in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition. sd/-R.S.M.J 26.06.2019 //Certified to be a true copy// Dated this the day of 2019.
