ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for offence under section 356, 379 & 34 of IPC in Crime Number. 12 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein is alleged to have filled petrol worth Rs.150/- in his vehicle and left the bunk without paying. When the defacto complainant followed them and asked money, the petitioner pushed the defacto complainant and taken away his two wheeler and fled.
