CMA.No.1394 of 2018 T.RAJA, J.

The present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal was allowed by this Court on 12.12.2018 by setting aside the order in unnumbered I.A. Of 2017 in O.S.No.314 of 2013 dated 13.6.2017 passed by the learned III Additional District Judge, Salem. Further, the learned III Additional Judge is directed to number the application which is filed under Order IX Rule 13 of CPC within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and after issuance of notice to the respondents, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.

2.

Now the matter is listed before me today seeking extension of time to comply with the order passed by this Court. Further, it is represented by the learned Counsel for the appellant that new Presiding Officer has come to the said Court. In view of all the above, this Court grants two more months from today as prayed for by the Presiding Officer, III Additional District Judge, Salem, in his letter dated 30.04.2019. It is needless to mention that no request for further time would be entertained.
