The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 28.04.2014 passed in WP.No.6959 of 2006 (O.A.No.1860 of 2004).

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent

submitted that the order of this Court dated 28.04.2014 has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the order in G.O.(1D) No.271 School Education (Tho.ka.1(2)) Department, dated 07.08.2015 to that effect.
