By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner has sent a representation dated 28.02.2014 to the first respondent on 12.03.2014 praying for cancellation of no objection certificate issued to the second respondent and the Revenue Divisional Officer, Cheyyar has asked the Tahsildar, Arani to conduct an enquiry and sent a report vide proceedings dated 11.03.2014.

3. The person, who has submitted a representation by name Gnanasambandam died on 09.04.2014 and his legal representatives are prosecuting this writ petition praying for appropriate direction directing the first respondent to pass final orders in the representation dated 28.02.2014 within the stipualted time.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Pattabiraman, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the first respondent and Mr.O.R.Santhanakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

4.This Court, without going into the merits of the representation dated 28.02.2014 submitted by Late.Gnanasambandam, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation, after putting the third respondent on notice and pass orders as expeditiously possible, not later than 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
