ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct respondents 3 and 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2018. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint, which was registered in Crime No.213 of 2009 for offences punishable under Section 417, 376 and 3(i)(x) of SC/ST (POA) Act against the accused for the offences of rape and cheating, and the the same has been cognizance of in Spl.S.C.No.210 of 2014 by the Chengalpattu Special Court, which is pending for trial. At this juncture, the petitioner has submitted her representation dated 28.01.2018 seeking compensation.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has filed this petition only to direct respondents 3 and 4 to consider her representation dated 28.01.2018. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 28.01.2018 of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
