ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 15.04.2021 made in W.P.No.28690 of
2017, wherein, I have passed the following orders: "7. That the respondents, especially the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.05.2017 followed by reminders given in this regard in respect of the land in question, and after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the other individuals who are also involved in the land in question, by giving separate notices to them, decide the issue and dispose of the representation by passing appropriate final orders, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
2. When this contempt petition has been taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Ravichandran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the orders passed by this Court dated 15.04.2021 in W.P.No.28690 of 2017 has been complied with.
3. In support of his contention, learned Additional Government Pleader has produced the proceedings issued by the Tahsildar, Udhagamandalam i.e., Nilgiris, who is the respondent herein, dated 18.04.2022, wherein, the Tahsildar disposed the said request of the petitioner.
4. Recording the said submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, including the proceedings issued by the respondent dated 18.04.2022, as the orders of this Court since has been complied with, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
