Seeking leave to sue the respondent, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.

2.The applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for recovery of money. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the orders were placed at Chennai followed by deposit of money. Under Document No.3, there was a condition and the same was breached by the respondent. The said document was also executed within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted. 31.08.2016 mmi
