[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioners seek issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents to issue Community Certificate to petitioners that they belong to Hindu Kurichchan (Scheduled Tribe) Community in view of petitioners' representation dated 25.08.2014.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Advocate for respondents.
3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners hold acknowledgement for their representation dated 25.08.2014.
4. In the circumstances, this Court considers it appropriate and hereby directs petitioners to submit a fresh representation wherein they may also refer to earlier representation dated 25.08.2014 and upon receipt thereof, respondents shall cause due enquiry after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to petitioners and pass orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of fresh representation.
The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
