This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the EC and NDPS Court, Chennai on the first working day of December 2022, and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge in Crl.MP.No.16083 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.16541 of 2022 dated 14.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the submission, this Court, while modifying the condition directed the petitioner to appear before the EC and NDPS Court, Chennai, on the first working day of December 2022 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge. This petition needs no modification. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
