O R D E R
The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent / Police for the offences punishable under Sections 316(5) r/w 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), in Crime No.217 of 2025, on the file of the respondent / Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The trial Court had earlier granted interim bail in Crl.M.P.Nos.1013 of and 1232 of 2026, dated 05.02.2026 to the petitioners for two months on condition to deposit Rs.10,00,000/- as below:- "6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on interim bail on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned CCB and CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai and on further condition that:
(a) the sureties shall affix their photographs and Left Thumb impression in the surety bond and the Magistrate may obtain a copy of their Aadhar Card or Bank Pass Book to ensure their identity.
(b) the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) before the CCB and CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai in Crime No.217 of 2025 within a week from the date of their release.
(c) the petitioners shall deposit their passports before the learned Magistrate.
(d) The parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Center on 13.02.2026 and co-operate for the mediation process.
(e) the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00a.m., until further orders.
(f) the petitioners shall surrender before the learned Magistrate on 06.04.2026 (g) the petitioners shall not tamper with evidence or witness either during investigation or trial."

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. He further submits that some of the coaccused were granted interim bail by the learned Principal Sessions Court, Chennai and for the reasons that the petitioners therein have come forward to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/-, interim bail was granted. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that total amount involved in this case Rs.1,01,74,700/- crores. Hence, she opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Considering the nature of allegations and the said reasons are not applicable and the case of the prosecution is that, so far money is not recovered and total amount involved in this case Rs.1.02 crore (approximately). Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 24.02.2026 nvi 3/5
