Alleging the violation of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.8148/2013 dated 03.12.2013, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

When the matter is called, the learned Additional Government Pleader (Forest) appearing for the respondents by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O. (D) No.37, Environment and Forests (FR.2) Department, dated 29.02.2016, would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with.
