Heard Mr.G.Elanchezhiyan, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2.It is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader that in compliance with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.29528 of 2008, a Government Order has been issued in G.O.Ms.No.58 dated 16.03.2017. A copy of the said Government Order has been communicated to the learned counsel for the petitioner and the same was accepted by him. 3.Recording the above said submission, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
