PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- 1.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, seeking to relax the bail condition that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police twice in a week, on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, as directed by the order of this Court, dated, 28.01.2020 made in Crl.MP.No.1050 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.35040 of 2019.

3.It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by the order of this Court, dated, 28.01.2020. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the extent that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police on every first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
