... Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the Respondent for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 28.10.2021 in W.P.No.23132 of 2021.

ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that order dated 28.10.2021 in W.P.No.23132 of 2021 has been complied. He has also produced a copy of Status Report of the fourth respondent to that effect.
2. Paragraph 4 of the Status Report filed by the fourth respondent reads as under:- 2/4
"4. After that on 11.06.2018 the petitioner willfully and voluntarily resigned from his job and filed W.P.No.23132 of 2021 and W.M.P.No.24389 of 2021 for the payment of earned leave encashment arrear and salary increment arrear. As such as per the order of Hon'ble High Court and as per order passed by Revenue Divisional Officer, Perambalur vide Na.Ka.A1/2615/2018 dated 15.05.2023, the petitioners earned leave encashment arrear of Rs.1,24,315/- and salary increment arrear of Rs.81,679/- for the period of 31.08.2014 to 10.06.2018 was paid to the account of Petitioner's (AC No.32060712205-SBI Attur Branch) on 11.10.2023 and 25.10.2023 in proper and meticulous manner. As for now there is no any arrear of payment to the petitioner. So the order of this Hon'ble High Court has been complied with its letter and spirit and this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to close the present Contempt as against these Respondents".
3. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition stands closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy, in case, there is any deficiency in the amounts settled by the respondents. 27.11.2023 Index: Yes/ No rgm 3/4
