O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the fourth and fifth respondents to register the death of his son by name Rajini, aged 36 years on 14.7.2015.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that his application seeking for registration of the death of his son is not considered by the respondents so far.

4.Since the petitioner has made his application immediately after the death of his son, it is for the respondents 4 and 5 to consider such request and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of, by directing the respondents 4 and 5 to consider the petitioner's application and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
