M.Anandan ..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to survey and measurement of the properties comprised in Survey No.349/2, 349/2D, 407/4, 407/4A, 407/4B, 407/4C1, 407/4C2, 338/2M, 338/2N, 338/9, 341/3, 338/6 and 338/9 situated at Boodhamangalam Madura, Poyyanandhal Pudur Village, Tiruvannamalai Taluk and District and make appropriate rectification of the revenue records showing correct extent correlating the actual possession and enjoyment of the parties concerned by considering the representation dated 11.06.2019.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to survey and measure the property and make necessary rectification in the revenue records based on the representation made by the petitioner on 11.06.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has already been taken on file by the 2nd respondent and the enquiry has been fixed on 20.03.2020. The learned counsel submitted that notice has been issued to all the necessary parties. A copy of the notice was also furnished before this Court.

3.In view of the above development, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The 2nd respondent shall hear all the parties concerned before taking the final decision.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
