Cont.P.No.653 of 2023 R.SURESH KUMAR, J.

AND P. DHANABAL, J.

In order to make full compliance of the order dated 13.10.2022 made in W.P.No.27394 of 2022, steps had been taken by the Revenue Authorities, as stated by Mr.R.Raman Laal, learned Additional Advocate General.

Pursuant to such steps of surveying the land to find out encroachments, they have found five such encroachments, where, in the Government land which is classified as 'lane', out of the five encroachments, three have been removed and the remaining two are yet to be removed and in order to remove such encroachments, a final notice has been given on 24.10.2025 by the Revenue Tahsildar of Vanur and a copy of which also has been filed before this Court, where, only 15 days' time has been given to these encroachers to remove such encroachments, failing which, direct action would be taken by the Revenue Authorities and the encroached portion would be demolished and be removed.

Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General, as well as the proceedings issued in this regard by the concerned Revenue Tahsildar dated 24.10.2025, as the 15 days' period is yet to be over, we post this matter after two weeks with a direction to file a status report as to the full compliance of the order as stated above.
