By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner produced a sale deed dated 19.09.2014 before the second respondent for registration and also remitted the requisite fees on 09.02.2015. Since the document has been neither https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

registered nor any clarification is sought for, he came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondents.

4. Considering the submissions made, this Court directs the second respondent to take appropriate steps in respect of the sale deed dated 19.09.2014 produced by the petitioner in accordance with law and communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
