ORDER
The contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of Court by disobeying the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7975 of 2015 dated 01.06.2022. 2/4
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that as against the order passed in the writ petition, the respondents had filed a writ appeal in W.A.No.3120 of 2024. As such, it would not be appropriate to parallelly adjudicate the contempt petition.
Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies subject to the final outcome of the writ appeal. Consequently, the connected sub-applications are closed.
