This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.22 of 2011 dated 09.02.2011.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the respondent Police have completed enquiry and a Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Poonamallee on 13.07.2015 for the offence under Section 406 IPC.

4. Under such circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Poonamallee is directed to pass appropriate orders on the Final Report, in accordance with law.
