The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the appeal filed against the order of punishment is yet to be disposed of by the respondents.

2.After conducting an enquiry, the punishment of stoppage of increment with cumulative effect for one year was imposed on the writ petitioner. The writ petitioner preferred a review petition before the respondents on 21.03.2014 and on 21.01.2019 and the same are pending for consideration.

3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the writ petitioner on 21.03.2014 and on 21.01.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representations and all other relevant documents, if any, along https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with the order passed in the writ petitions.
