ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to punish the respondents herein, for willful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.32042 of 2019 dated 15.11.2019. 2.When the matter was taken up today, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents/contemnors, submitted that the Government has filed Writ Appeal as against the order dated 15.11.2019, passed by this Court in W.P.No.32042 of 2019, hence till the disposal of the writ appeal, the contempt petition cannot be filed. Accordingly he prays for closure of the contempt petition.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this contempt petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to 2/3

work out his remedies subject to the outcome of the orders in the writ appeal.
