ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for offence under section 466, 468, 471 IPC in Crime Number. 76 of 2015, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein expressing apprehension that he may be arrested in a case registered under sections 466, 468, 471 IPC, based on the complaint given his brother, before this Court seeks anticipatory bail.

3. However, the FIR dated 10.05.2015, alleging forgery of certificates and documents and the complaint is based on the VAO report. But, till date, the respondent police has not arrested the petitioner herein, seven years has gone after registering the complaint.
