JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.Rajasekar J.) The matter stands listed for hearing.

2. The parties of both sides have filed a memo of compromise duly signed by them and by their respective counsel stating that the appellants came forward

to pay a sum of Rs.16,50,000/- as final compensation and the same was already paid in two instalments viz., Rs.8,00,000/- on 21.03.2026 and Rs.8,50,000/- on 10.04.2026.

3. The parties to the proceedings also appeared before this court. When they were enquired by this court, the respondents/claimants have affirmed receipt of the amounts as stated in the memo of compromise.

4. Recording the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of memo of compromise filed before this court. We permit the respondents/claimants to withdraw the sum of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the appellants at the time of filing the appeal. The memo of compromise shall form part of the decree to be passed by this court. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
