ORDER
In a proposed suit for recovery of money towards unpaid dues on supply of goods, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue the respondents before this Court. In the draft plaint, it is stated that a part of the cause of action arose in Chennai since the invoices were raised at Chennai and payments were made at Chennai. Upon examining the draft plaint and the documents annexed thereto, it appears that a part of the cause of action has arisen in Chennai and parties have agreed to submit disputes to courts in Chennai. Therefore, this application is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the respondents before this Court. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if otherwise in order.
