This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 12.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.2586 of 2018. 1/3

2.This Court vide order dated 12.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.2586 of 2018 issued direction to the third respondent therein to complete the investigation within a time frame. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 12.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.2586 of 2018, the respondent completed the investigation and filed final report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Vedaranyam. Hence, the order dated 12.08.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2586 of 2018, which is the subject matter of contempt was complied with.
