ORDER

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed in WP.No.21786/2016 dated 24.06.2016, came forward to file the present contempt petition.

The learned Standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the withheld result of the petitioner, has been released and as such, the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been fully complied with.

The Additional Counter Affidavit filed by the 1st respondent dated 04.07.2017 would disclose that the petitioner has shifted his residence and as such, police verification could not be done on time.

In the light of the said development and subject to police verification, the contempt petition is closed.
