Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of habeas corpus, calling for the records relating to the order of detention C3/D.O/16/2014 dated 31/07/2014 passed by the 2nd respondent and to quash the same and also to direct the detenue ILAYARAJA AGED 30 who is presently detained in the Central Prison CUDDALORE to be produced before this Hon`ble court and set at liberty.
