This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.05.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.On a reading of the complaint dated 30.05.2015, it is seen that the dispute is essentially with regard to the title of the land and therefore, no positive direction can be issued to the police to register the F.I.R. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
