W.P.Nos.1164 of 2014, 26150 & 26714 of 2015 MUMMINENI SUDHEER KUMAR.J., The petitioner in this batch of writ petitions are claiming relief on par with one Mr.Ramasamy who was extended the benefit of regularization under G.O.Ms.No.151 dated 16.10.2006. However, when these matters were taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by Mr.Tippu Sultan, learned Government Advocate, that the appointment order that was issued in favour of the said Mr.Ramasamy was subsequently cancelled by proceedings dated 15.02.2023 and the said proceeding was challenged by the said Ramasamy in W.P.No.7681 of 2023 and this court granted stay of the impugned order therein. Hence, the relief that is sought by the petitioners in these writ petitions is dependent on the result of W.P.No.7681 of 2023.
