Despite service of notice, there is no representation for the 1st and 2nd respondents. The 1st respondent received the notice on 12.03.2020 and the 2nd respondent received the notice on 11.03.2020. The 1st respondent was previously served as Inspector of Police and he is well aware of the procedures. The 2nd respondent is associate of 1st respondent, who is also arrayed as accused in Spl.case No.14 of 2012 and he also not responded to the notice and well aware of the proceedings. Both failed to appear before this Court either in person or by their respective counsel. 2.Therefore, it is to be taken that the respondents have nothing to resist this petition.

3.In view of the above and for the reasons stated, delay is condoned and the petition is ordered, accordingly. Registry is directed to number this appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
