This application has been filed by the applicant for extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal to pass an Award by six months.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no instruction to report that the respondent has no objection for allowing this application.

3. Recording the same and being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application for extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal in the arbitration proceedings is allowed.
