..Respondent(s) PRAYER: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to issue Site Visit Certificate to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to participate in tender viz, IFB No.07/F.CWSS to Sunnambukkadu/DO/ETKC/Erode /202526 dated 06.02.2026 in respect of two work viz., 1. Replacement of PVC Pipes with 160 mm HDPE PN 6 pipe from Headworks to Uppardam (Pumping MainI) in CWSS to Sunnambukkadu and 38 other Habitations in Dharapuram and Kundadam Union in Tiruppur District for the year 2025-26 (Reach-I) and 2. Replacement of PVC Pipes with 140mm HDPE PN 6 pipes from Headworks to Upparadam (Pumping Main-II) in CWSS to Sunnambukkadu and 38 other Habittations in Dharampuram and Kundadam Union in Tirupur District for the year 2025-26 (Reach-II).

ORDER

Considering the fact that the work certificate has been issued to the petitioner by the respondent Board only few minutes before, directions are issued to the respondent Board to keep open the portal till 5.00 p.m. today ie., 17.02.2026 only with reference to the petitioner. This order is being passed in the presence of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Board. Therefore, she shall intimate the orders immediately to the respondent Board and shall not wait for the receipt of a copy of this order. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
