This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 herein from calling upon the petitioner for enquiry based upon the false, frivolous and unfounded complaint given by the fourth respondent. 2.

This petition has been filed seeking injunction against the fourth respondent from interfering with the possession of the petitioner. Besides, he also sought a direction to the first respondent not to call the petitioner for any enquiry based on the complaint by the fourth respondent. 3.

There is no representation for the petitioner. Heard, Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2. 4.

On perusal of the entire affidavit of the writ petition, it appears that it is only a private dispute. Such omnibus prayer cannot be entertained in the writ petition.
