When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that trial has commenced and the case is posted for examination of LW2.

2. At this juncture, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. He would further seek that the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court may be dispensed with. 3.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners qua withdrawal, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Crl.MP.No.3341 of 2026 is closed. However, the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with, except for receipt of copies, answering the charges, questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C., passing of judgment, or any other date as may be required by the trial Court. The petitioners shall be duly represented by their counsel before the trial Court on all hearing daets. 26.02.2026 dsn 2/4
