COMMON ORDER Mr.Venkatasamy Babu, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent. By consent of both sides, these writ petitions are taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.In all these writ petitions, the writ petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of his second appeals filed before the respondent under RTI Act within the time fixed by this Court.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the second appeals filed on 22.01.2017, 24.07.2017, 21.04.2017, 22.01.2017, 31.05.2017, 31.05.2017 and 22.01.2017 have not been disposed of so far.

4.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in the second appeals, as it is for the respondent/Appellate Authority to consider and decide, however, as the limited prayer sought for in these writ petitions, is for disposal of those second appeals, all these writ petitions are disposed of, only with a direction to the respondent to consider those second appeals and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with
