(CRIME NO.423 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Para No.4 of the order passed in Crl.MP.No.5535 of 2020 dated 17.09.2020 in Crl.OP.No.12809 of 2020 in Cr.No.423 of 2020. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5535 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12809 of 2020 dated 17.09.2020, directing him to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions submits that the petitioner has not complied with the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.In view of the fact that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court, this petition for relaxation is dismissed.
